EPA all appropriate inquiry with underground tank removal. LEL was contracted to conduct three Phase I EAs at historic commercial properties in Bolivar, Stockton and Buffalo, Missouri. Two of the assessments revealed the properties required no further action.
The assessment of one of the properties revealed at least two out-of-service USTs on the subject site. LEL subsequently commenced with the removal of the USTs.
During excavation of the two USTs, a third UST was discovered. All USTs were removed in a timely manner and the site received UST Closure from the Missouri Department of Natural Resources.
